Delivery Options
We offer fast and secure delivery so you can enjoy your jewelry without delay. Each ANNAFLOW piece is carefully created and prepared before shipment. The average order processing time is 2 to 5 business days. Shipments are made from France via La Poste (Tracked Letter) or Colissimo, depending on the package size. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email.
Delivery times are also as follows:

2 to 4 business days for mainland France,

5 to 10 business days for Europe and international destinations.
ANNAFLOW cannot be held responsible for possible delays related to postal services but is always available to assist you in case of any issues.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If, despite our utmost care, your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to contact us at: contact@anaflow.com.
Items must be:

in their original packaging,

returned in the same condition as received to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the jewelry, you can choose between:

an exchange (for another identical model or a store credit),

a refund of your order amount (excluding shipping costs). ANNAFLOW will process the refund (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned products. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original order.
DAMAGED JEWELRY OR INCORRECT ORDER
If your jewelry arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo at: contact@annaflow.com.We will find the best solution together (repair, exchange, or refund).
