2. Products

ANNAFLOW jewelry pieces are handmade artisan creations, produced in small batches.
Each piece may show slight variations in shape or color, which are proof of its authenticity and unique character.
The photographs shown on the website are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the piece received.
 

3. Price

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable).
Shipping costs are specified at the time of ordering.
ANNAFLOW reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
 

4. Order

Order confirmation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer receives a confirmation email after payment.
ANNAFLOW reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.
 

5. Payment

At ANNAFLOW, we want every step of your experience to be smooth — including payment.
All transactions are completely secure and processed through Wix Payments and PayPal, ensuring the protection of your banking data.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
Bank details are never stored by ANNAFLOW. Once the payment has been validated, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.
 

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from France, usually within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
ANNAFLOW cannot be held responsible for delays caused by La Poste or any third-party carrier.
Shipping fees and delivery times are specified during the checkout process.
 

7. Exchanges and returns

In accordance with the law, customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal (except for custom-made items).
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After receipt and inspection, an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs) will be offered.
 

8. Liability

ANNAFLOW cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products sold.
The customer is responsible for the proper care and use of their jewelry (see care instructions on the website).
 

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, photos, visuals, creations) is the exclusive property of ANNAFLOW.
Any reproduction or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
 

10. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders.
All data is confidential and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
